Inner Sound has also been called the Logos, Shabd, Tao, Soundstream, Naam, or the Celestial Music.  Inner Sound vibrates within all life and sustains the whole universe. This inner melody can heal all wounds, fulfill all desires, and quench all worldly thirst. It is all powerful and all Love. It is because we are made of this Sound, that contact with it brings peace and contentment to our hearts. After listening to this Sound, our whole being changes, our entire outlook on life is greatly altered for the better.

Gate gate paragate, parasamgate bodhi svaha

These lyrics are from The Perfection of Wisdom (Prajnaparamita) Heart Sutra.
The Heart Suttra's meaning is essentially that by letting go of your preconceived notions, opinions, and attachments, you can become open to all the wonders of our life.It explains that all things are empty. But emptiness or nothingness does not just mean nothing. It means not being attached to anything, especially your own perceptions and ideas so that you can see life clearly.

Translation:
Gate means gone, gone from forgetfulness to mindfulness.
Paragate means gone all the way over.
Parasamgate means everyone, the sangha, the entire community of beings.
Bodhi is the light inside or awakening.
Svaha is a cry of joy!

Gone, gone, gone beyond, gone utterly beyond, Enlightenment hail!
